You are an experienced Senior Operator Semi Assembly professional who has worked within the Semiconductor industry and enjoys teaming with others.- Perform RadiFlo Gross/Fine Hermeticity leak testing per MIL-STD-750,Test Method 1071 and MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1014 on various electronic semiconductor/ hybrid packages to ensure devices are “leak tight” so that air cannot escape from or enter into the package
- The RadiFlo leak testing equipment uses Krypton-85 (KR-85) Tracer Gas : A radio active isotope tracer gas to detect leaks in hermetic devices
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to twelve months related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work from simple diagrams and written instructions
