We’re currently looking for: A Senior Operations Manager to lead a team of individuals responsible for supporting RingCentral’s growing Professional Services organization’s sales process from quote to cash. In addition to running the day-to-day operations, this position will also play a key role in identifying and supporting improvements and automations that assist in the Operations Mission and working closely with RingCentral’s Financial systems and groups.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Understand Professional Services back office & financial processing
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales & Opportunities
- Familiarity with NetSuite financial platform
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance & processing
- Financial Audit practices
- Basic understanding of PS Style Contracts, Statements of Work, and Change Orders
- Generating and walkthrough of Financial forecasting Bookings/Revenue/Expense
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team responsible for the Professional Services sales operations process: Booking, backlog and revenue processes. Drive improvement in the processes
- Work closely with Professional Services leaderships to understand and improve the business.
- Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with company policy and SaaS revenue recognition accounting standards
- Manage aspects of the month end and quarter end close activities
- Assist with financial audits including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors
- Perform/Manage internal control procedures to ensure SOX compliance
- Support and participate on revenue accounting as well as order to cash cycle related projects. Assist with managing and resolving Billing and Revenue Operation cases
- Assist in various projects as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field
- and/or minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience of working with NetSuite or other major ERP systems is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Must have software/SaaS experience
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience managing a team with high levels of transactional and processing work

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $125,000 and $152,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
