The position:

The Senior Network Manager’s role is to ensure streamlined network operations that are in alignment with the business objectives of the enterprise. The Senior Network Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, and design network related architecture of the enterprise, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. The Senior Network Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support network solutions for all aspects of the enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage contracts and partners associated with network operations
• Analyzes business requirements across all departments and identifies opportunities for improvements
• Ensures data use conforms to HIPAA guidelines
• Monitor health of all connections within the network and initiate troubleshooting to restore services while adhering to circuit restoral priorities
• Manage telecommunication technologies for the enterprise
• Manage call flow design for each branch and department across the enterprise based on industry best practices
• Manage staff and provide meaningful KPI’s that drive business decisions
• Assist with other IT operations support needs as requested

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or six years of related work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, and PC operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous project management experience is advantageous
• Telecommunications and network design principles in theory and practice
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills as solutions are not always evident
• Experience working with networking protocols, including but not limited to TCP/IP, VLAN’s, SIP, and H.323
