Job description

Responsibilities:

Task 1: Monitor Publish application performance and availability.
Task 2: Troubleshooting daily issues in Publish, including system setups and configuration of new standard or custom functionality, and bug identification.
Task 3: Evaluate application problems and disposition as bug fixes or configuration changes.
Task 4: Respond to Azure DevOps items assigned for maintenance or support working with the existing Publish development team and GPO employees.
Task 5: Assisting the users in troubleshooting the issues related to using the Publish system, including issues with other integrated systems (e.g., GPO Identity Management System, GPO Policy Server, Oracle GBIS, WebMethods ESB, GPO File Scanning Service, GPO File Sync Service
Task 6: Weekly status reporting will be provided to the COR and department manager by the end of each week.

Technical Skills:
Seasoned developer skills with a minimum eight (8) years’ experience, and well versed in developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e. .NET Core, C#, SQL Server.
Experience with various technologies and protocols such as Angular, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTPS, REST, and Typescript.
Experience with at least one integration platform.
Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.
Experience supporting applications built and deployed to Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to the following:
Azure App Services
Blob Storage
Azure SQL
Azure Functions
Azure Event Hub
Azure Portal

Understanding of browser-specific compatibility issues.
Experience with integrating with external identity providers.
Experience using Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Server)

C#, Typescript
Entity Framework Core
Angular, jQuery, bootstrap
Microsoft SQL Server compatible with SQL Azure
REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTPS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
