This position can be based anywhere in the USA!
What You'll Do:

In this position you will lead, coordinate, and support Dealer & Channel specific business initiatives. We'll also need you to provide analytical data driven support and insight to enable smarter business decisions and overall SSB growth and profitability.

A few other things you'll be doing include:

  • Lead Dealer / Channel specific annual budgeting process, for Sales, Units, & Dealer Expenses, driving business inputs from Sales Organization.
  • Develop processes, schedules and disciplines for both short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly analysis of actual results to budget and prior year, identify and review variances and recommend actions.
  • Assist Sales and Finance management with strategic planning, Board and Executive meeting preparations.
  • Assess portfolio and recommend actions for opportunities to improve merchandising, pricing and mix to drive additional revenue and EBITDA growth.

How You'll Do It:

With your ability to roll-up your sleeves and dig in, you'll dive into the business and manage a multi-million dollar book of business with some of our most strategic accounts. You won't be along in this work as you'll partner closely with our Sales and Channel leaders to drive the work.

We'll also need you to:
  • Analyze, publish results and provide recommendations of promotional investments, pricing actions and other business actions to help improve results and ensure ROI sufficiency.
  • Identifies opportunities to deliver increased value through, but not limited to, cost savings efforts, pricing, promotion, assortment, portfolio leverage and distribution.
  • Own analysis of Dealer specific subsidy expenses to drive SSB ROI investment and cost out opportunities.
  • Thoroughly understands the Retailer and Competitive landscape and is able to turn ideas into action on how to best grow the business now and in the future.
  • Own process to capture Dealer / Channel specific Non-Financial Indictors (NFI’s) from Sales Organization to drive both SSB consolidated and channel specific reporting and analysis.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting as directed by Management.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years related experience would be great
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, MBA preferred
  • Experience in Sales Analysis or Sales Operations, experience with Consumer Products a plus
  • Grit and the desire to put the work in in order to be successful!
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, & analytical ability
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple functions in the organization
  • Ability to form strong relationships with dealers
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Team building and team engagement skills
  • Proficient in Hyperion Planning, MS Office, and ERP applications
  • Working knowledge of P/L
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
