Onsite Technical Program Manager requirements:

- Handled multiple projects / customers together in parallel.
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership of customer/application team reported issues
- Experienced in analyzing, planning and developing scheduled project plans.
- Responsible for responding to application escalations related to the project which involve working with various team to resolve various issues.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to resolve support escalations.
- Collaborate with Product Build team and Engineering to review software enhancements and communicate back to clients/application teams where applicable.
- Understanding of Application architecture, configurations, network and firewall concepts.
- Skilled in generating reports and provide project updates using various tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word or similar tools.
- Good understanding of .NET technologies, Single Sign-on concepts/protocols and REST-based applications. Prior development experience is a plus.
- Someone who has transitioned from a technical role to a PM role and has good understanding of the underlying technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in English. Can work independently and doesn’t need assistance with email communications/corrections.
- Experience in setting expectations and handling escalations.
- Provide off hour support if required for urgent issues.
