Looking for a driven individual looking to take on a lead role. This IT Project Management Role will require the individual to have interpersonal skills to work closely with businesses and organizations, as well as the technical ability to develop technical solutions and plan deployment and support.

This includes planning, deploying, and managing networks, systems, and devices. Serve as an outsourced IT department lead for many small businesses. Provide remote & on-site support and repair.

Most importantly, must be able to plan long-term IT projects and security strategies. This requires working with stakeholders from the organization as well as other outside vendors. Communication skills are a must.

Specific Skills Required:

• Experience planning and deploying network devices and entire networks
• Server & virtual desktop infrastructure experience
• High level Windows administration skills required
• Working knowledge of telecom and VoIP solutions
• Ability to act as technical liasion for software specialists and other third-party vendors
• Organization skills required to keep large scale IT projects on track and maintaining prompt delivery of objectives

Preferred Qualifitions:

• College degree is preferred
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Ability to commute to office location
• Technical certifications and training are a plus

This role offers a lot of personal flexibility and allows the individual to provide a key service for many local small businesses as well as a number of enterprise customers. The role also allows for commission pay for new customers, managed agreements, and projects. Job specific certifications can be paid for by the company, with an agreement to repay amount if departing from the company within 1 year from completion. This role is for someone that has worked either as a consultant for businesses previously, or has led the IT direction internally for an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
