The AME Group is seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Desktop Support Technician.

What You Will Be Doing:
- You will provide onsite technical support for a single location
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware and software support
- Office application support
- Ease with Remote Support (Remote Desktop or other products)
- A/V and varied electronics, peripheral support
What You Need for this Position:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Strong Desktop support, troubleshooting and standard Help Desk experience
- Experience with Hardware and systems - will install hardware and gather information
- Microsoft Active Directory knowledge (A+, Network + and Microsoft Certifications a big plus)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and Windows desktop/laptop systems
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills, proven problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is necessary.
This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package. 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay range depends on experience. Standard background checks will be completed on candidates.
