Reborn Cabinets is a leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. With 40 years of experience in the industry, we are now looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to join our award-winning team and support our national expansion efforts. Responsibilities

• Work with Reborn’s team members to scope, clarify, and deliver financial analyses with a focus on value creation
• Work in concert with and empower the management team to drive valuation creation by arming them with increased visibility and insights into the business
• Conduct budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting for the organization
• Partner with critical functions, including the executive suite to set the company strategy and drive financial and operational success.
• Maintain operating and financial models (build new ones as needed) and lead the financial planning process for responsible area.
• Manage a team of motivated professionals and mentor junior colleagues, working as a teacher while also being open to learning and developing personally. Working hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder with all team members
• Provide support on special requests, projects, and ad-hoc analysis as necessary
• Analyze results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; communicate risks and opportunities; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Influence and align with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic business objectives with short-term and long-term financial planning.
• Play an integral role in the Company’s financial planning process, including the annual and multi-year financial planning cycles.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
