- Preparation of forecasts, annual operating plans and long-term business plans
- Manage the quarterly planning cycle for supporting teams, with an emphasis on timely, accurate forecasts
- Serve as primary finance partner to assigned shared services teams
- Develop, own and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leaders
- Perform ad-hoc analysis in a timely and informative manner
- Partner with budget owners to identify ways to optimize expenses
- Perform and manage projects as assigned related to revenue processes and cost analysis
- Assist the Manager, Financial Reporting with audit-related matters, Security Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, and other projects.
- Candidate would be required to report in office
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years demonstrated ability in FP&A or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Driven individual with the ability to multi-task and work independently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented individual with a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work as a teammate and contribute in a broad range of ways to ensure the success of the team and the Company
- Advanced skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skill proficiency in other Microsoft software including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work directly and confidently with senior management and the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,521.85 - $114,925.80 per year
