Role Summary

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key business partner reporting into the Senior Director, Media & Content Finance. They will provide key financial leadership in the areas of pricing, existing and new customer deal support, evaluating customer profitability, and decision support to senior management and stakeholders throughout the organization. Key responsibilities will include analysis of deal economics, decision support, and partnering with the Commercial and Programming teams to best position Anuvu’s Media & Content product offerings. In addition, the position will have an active role in developing analyses and presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated, hands-on person with excellent organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to set and meet strict timelines. They will possess the ability to navigate through various financial systems and interpret financial statements to provide thoughtful and detailed analysis to inform decision making. They will have a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, think proactively/independently, very strong modeling skills, strong excel and data analytics skills, a deep desire to be successful, and a passion for finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create business cases and pricing models for RFPs and other upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Evaluate opportunities to improve client performance, including the preparation and analysis of financial models to evaluate new business opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc financial support for pricing and offers outside of standard product structure
• Work internally to structure/price deals and provide support for the preparation of leadership approval decks
• Conduct analysis to support the delivery of monthly management & board level reviews
• Work closely with other internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity of financial reports and management information
• Support long term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and the rolling forecast process
• Support on FP&A and Business Finance decks and presentations
• Drive process improvement through implementations of new processes, tools, and sharing of best practices
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support leadership

What we’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting OR equivalent work experience required
• 4-5+ years of finance experience, with an emphasis in complex organizations
• Proven track record of delivering on commitments, developing impactful analytical tools
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics and a strong sense of curiosity
• Strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and with senior management are a must
• Must be a self-starter who understands both the details and larger context of various business issues and processes
