Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Senior Director of Urgent Care Services like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. This role provides leadership and directs operational excellence consistent with policies and objectives established by the Service Line. The Senior Director of Urgent Care Services organizes, applies, directs, and evaluates all resources (human resources, facilities, equipment, capital and similar resources) invested in Urgent Care Operations. The position uses all resources to generate measurable returns to benefit the company, the community, the local teams and most of all, the patient.

You will:

• Responsible for the maintaining operational excellence in each of the developing markets of the Urgent Care Service line ensuring that strategic and operational goals of the company are met
• Builds strategic alliances outside the organization to create business opportunities and execute business strategies
• Builds a competitively superior organization by attracting, developing, and retaining talent to ensure that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right places at the right time to meet
• Strengthens organizational infrastructure and develops leadership pipeline to support future growth of capabilities
• Develops and operationalizes a long-range course of action and set of goals to ensure successful realization of the vision and goals for Urgent Care
• Builds a competitively superior organization by attracting, developing, and retaining talent to ensure that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right places at the right time to meet business needs
• Ensures synergies among people, process, and strategies to drive execution of business objectives
• Participates in the successful development and timely opening of new UC Markets and clinic locations
• Assures each market and clinic is in full compliance policies, regulations and legal requirements including ethics requirements and expectations

You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, in a business or healthcare related discipline
• Must possess a current working knowledge of accrediting organizations, state and federal guidelines, regulations and standards
• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, leading change, possess strong communication skills, business and financial acumen, negotiation skills and exhibit a focus on the patient experience
• 5 years or more clinic or practice leadership experience
• Must be highly skilled in building relationships with providers and employees
• Project Management experience: Skilled in project planning, task prioritization, effectively manages resources, outcomes measurement, and tracking. Takes initiative and exercises good judgment
• High Impact Communication - Effective oral and written communication skills

Up to 50% travel between markets can be expected.
