Senior Demand Planning & Forecasting Analyst
Job description
Job Summary: The Senior Demand Planning and Forecasting Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain Data Analytics team. Develop predictive analytics solutions that enable data-driven inventory projections and strategic decision making. The role will collaborate with all Supply Chain capability functions/teams to drive business value and innovation through data analytics using demand planning and forecasting.
Education - Required
- Bachelor's Degree

- Master's Degree
Experience - Required
- 3 years’ experience order management, demand planning, forecasting and/or SIOP management functions.
Experience - Preferred
- 3 years in Supply chain management and business process reengineering practices and
- 3 years process redesign and improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required
- Experience in Business and Financial Intelligence in report execution, both visibly and verbally.
- ERP experience preferred, i.e., Lawson/INFOR and/or Workday.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Preferred
- Inventory and production planning knowledge.
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Experience using ERP statistical software packages.
- Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.
- Good communication and team building skills.
- ERP functionality expertise.
- Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.
- Strong computer and data skills (i.e., Excel, Power Query or relational database management, Power BI.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, 8:00-4:30
