ABOUT THE ROLE
You as the Senior Compliance Coordinator, will support Fashion Nova's VP of Compliance by leveraging your organizational and analytical skills for auditing and monitoring data, systems, and processes for all corporate guidelines, policies, and laws. With your attention to detail, you will proactively communicate potential issues to Fashion Nova's cross functional teams preventing any non-compliance to rules and ensuring adherence to all guidelines and internal requirements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage vendor communication relating to compliance manual requirements
• Support the vendor compliance manager with all updates to the vendor manual and communication to the vendor base
• Communicate and apply vendor chargeback relating to noncompliance violation
• Process all new vendors set ups in the vendor portal and verify all required documents are submitted
• Support the onboarding of all new vendors
• Review, approve, and maintain all factory compliance reports
• Maintain all vendor documents are current in the vendor portal
• Create and or update SOP for the Compliance department
• Work with IT and the Vendor Portal on any system enhancements, and attend weekly enhancement meetings
• Work on quarterly vendor scorecard reports and weekly chargeback reports
• Run WIP report three times a week
• Review garments testing and update approvals on NetSuite

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years' experience in Compliance, or similar role across Fashion/Apparel
• Excellent computer skills, documentation, and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and NetSuite (a Plus)
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and recommending solutions from insights
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• Willingness to work at our Vernon, CA HQ Monday - Friday
