Overview:

This position is responsible for providing decision supporting analysis to the executive team within the organization. Responsibilities include strategic and operational analysis primarily for the Supply Chain, Marketing & Merchandise Planning departments.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to develop analysis that supports key merchandise, marketing and supply chain decisions.
• Develop KPI reporting that is insightful and actionable.
• Interpret and analyze raw data to understand the implications and make recommendations on key business decisions.
• Build and generate analysis, decision-support tools and informative dashboards from a variety of different data sources to provide clear, accurate and timely decision support to management.
• Assess performance against key performance indicators and metrics to improve business processes. Interact with key business managers to obtain or create fact based metrics.
• Lead a variety of special projects by providing business expertise through scenario modeling.
• Coordinate outbound shipping schedules for 3rd party warehousing network

• Bachelor's degree and three years relevant work experience in an strategic planning, analytical or quantitative disciplined role.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expert working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Excel and Power Point.
• Experience with Decision Support tools such as Power BI is desired, but not required.
• Ability to handle a workload with competing and changing priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Solution finder, anticipating potential issues and reacting/adapting quickly for resolution
• Appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
