The Senior Associate, Workforce Staffing will be responsible for providing insightful analysis across all aspects of workforce staffing operations for their assigned location. This role will be responsible for executing on all staffing activities for their local distribution center, including capacity planning, metric reporting, and labor resourcing strategies. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure efficient resourcing strategies are delivered on time to meet rapidly growing business labor demands.

You MUST have...

  • Minimum 3+ Years EXP in Distribution Center HR, Staffing, or other High Volume Hiring roles
  • Previous experience in managing daily headcount, on demand labor orders, and partnering with highly agile planning and HR departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, HR Management, Planning and Forecasting, and/or commensurate experience
  • Preferred: Proficient with ADP and Workday reporting suite or like tools
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel) and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers during daily/weekly reviews

You will…

  • Responsible for the day-to-day tactical cycle of workforce planning; tracking and governance and related forecast processes through effective data management and reconciliation
  • Execute on operational workforce staffing plans and help to drive improvement across staffing metrics for your assigned distribution center
  • Upkeep benchmark and reporting dashboards (time-to-hire, fill rate, attendance, adherence, and other business volumes and metrics)
  • Partner with internal key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements in terms of headcount, budget, & skills needed now and in the future
  • Ensure the planning team is kept up to date with current labor supply, highlighting any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collect organizational data and generate reports on projected staffing needs based on volume projections from the planning team.
  • Identify and communicate gaps, challenges, and opportunities in site staffing and planning processes
  • Dynamically prioritize, and multi-task effectively
