AQuity Solutions, is the leading provider of virtualized healthcare services including Medical transcription, Medical Coding, Virtual Scribing, Interim Management and Medico-Legal Document Prep Services.

We are currently seeking an ASP.NET Senior Software Engineer to participate in the full project development lifecycle, testing and debugging of current and future software products. This is an opportunity to work with a team of healthcare subject matter experts as we develop solutions to pair with our market leading services, which will expand and transform the services and product offerings to the healthcare and legal marketplace.

The Senior Software Engineer will report directly to the Director of Product Development and will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to design, QA, and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Analysts and Business Unit stakeholders to define product requirements
• Develop software using AQuity Solutions agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on all developed code. Participate in peer-to-peer code reviews.
• Ensure all developed software is secure by following the SDLC best practices, ISO 27001 requirements and use of automated code scanning tools
• Participate in product change control meetings and scrum meetings and provide engineering efforts related to production software sustainment (defects, enhancements)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in commercial software development
• 5+ years C#.NET application development experience
• 5+ years developing using agile methodologies
• 5+ years Node.js, ExtJs, JQuery, (Angular - plus)
• Proficient - REST API, OWIN, Token Access
• Proficient – Mobile Development (Visual Studio Xamarin – plus)
• Net and .Net framework
• MVC, WPF, WinForm with Visual Studio (MVVM plus)
• MS SQL programming and ADO.Net (Entity Framework - plus)
• Experience with web scripting programming with JS, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JQuery. ExtJs and Node.js
• Experience with web service, REST API
• Proficient with data structures and algorithms
• Data modeling experience is required
• Formal user interface design/engineering is a plus
• Skilled at debugging application events, error codes, and message handling
• MS Windows Operating System (Linux – plus)
• Microsoft Office Programming
• Microsoft Azure – Services, API’s and Azure LDAP/AD Directories
• Windows Powershell
• Logical Troubleshooting
• Experience in developing any healthcare software. In particular, Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR), Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Healthcare Analytics
