Basic Function:

The Analyst, Supply & Incentives, position is primarily responsible for supporting management of worldwide inventory and incentive programs to achieve core financial and strategic objectives. This includes thoughtful analysis of data to present recommendations to the product team based on business forecasts, performance against targets and demand trending. As a member of the marketing team this individual would collaborate across departments and oversee related processes and reporting.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and prepare reporting for multiple brands and business segments to inform supply and incentive planning decisions
• Drive continuous refinement of analytical tools and processes used to manage supply and incentives to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify and define opportunities to streamline and optimize inventory turns and days’ supply performance
• Work closely with product and sales teams to understand brand and market considerations that may influence forecasting and overall planning
• Support the inventory ordering process for all brands
• Cross-department collaboration to identify and address supply chain issues affecting customer experience, demand generation, lead times and ground supply
• Contribute to reviews and analysis of product pricing and profitability performance within the competitive landscape
• Prepare and manage requirements for brand specific production budget forecasting and planning (monthly and annual)
• Recommend and implement distressed and aged inventory incentive programs
• Assist management of incentive spend within a per unit budget

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in analytics.
• Experience with relational database, data analytics and visualization software including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Advanced data query and Excel skills
