This position supports the Coordinated Regional Care (CRC) population health initiatives and value-based program team efforts identifying opportunities for care coordination improvement, as well as tracking financial performance in P4P, quality, and risk contracts

• Designs, analyzes, and produces reports supporting CRC, ACO, IPA and population health goals and initiatives
• Utilizes payer data to identify areas and for quality and medical cost improvements. Identifies key trends in longitudinal data. Communicates findings to IPA, ACO and health system leadership
• Analyzes and creates reports regarding financial performance of Crozer value-based, risk, and quality contracts. Manages financial KPIs and associated reports.
• Works collaboratively with IS to implement and manage various software and database applications to support CRC/population health initiatives in the health system
• Develops, reads, and analyzes reports associated with CPC+, MSSP, MACRA and PCMH quality incentives
• Works collaboratively with other areas of health system, including Finance, Reimbursement, General Accounting, Quality Monitoring and Improvement, IS, Managed Care, Physicians’ Offices and the Business Office
• Produces standard and ad hoc reports as requested to meet CRC/population health needs
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Training:

Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, health administration. MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of population health, finance, informatics, analytics or similar field

Preferred experience in healthcare, health insurance, or health systems – but not required

Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Able to analyze data sets and reports and convert them into useful information

Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

Basic knowledge of finance and value-based/P4P/risk contracts

Able to manage multiple priorities and projects
