Job Duties

• Examines and evaluates data to ensure compliance through various methods of internal controls as mandated by DHS for their Purchase Card Program
• Locates, retrieves and presents statistical data specific to purchase card program
• Develops and conduct training for purchase card stakeholders;
• Performs various P-Card reviews and audits;
• Ensures quality assurance through tracking and monitoring purchase card system by providing updates including p-card cancellations, changing merchant category codes, processing applications, and changing merchant category codes;
• Responds to emails and phone inquiries daily;
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing tasks within specified time frame

Education Required

• 6 years of equivalent experience OR Associates Degree and 4 years of equivalent experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of equivalent experience.
