Senior Accountant

At Princeton Medical Group, P.A. our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion. We are a private medical practice with over 35 providers and 9 medical specialties. We are searching for dedicated and motivated employees to join our dynamic and growing team!

We are currently looking to hire a full time Senior Accountant to work in our Finance Department

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Monthly/Quarterly closings and reporting as needed
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reconciliations in General Ledger Accounts
• Special Projects

Senior Accountant Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Required
• Minimum 3 years prior experience with A/P, Payroll, and/or General Accounting
• CPA a plus
• Experience in Employee Benefits Administration preferred
• Experience running full cycle payroll on various software (ISolved, ADP, Paychecks, etc.)
• QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), and/or other general ledger software applications-experience needed.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to change.
