The purpose of your role as a Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, complete and timely financial records in compliance with GAAP. This partners with accounting, finance and business teams to ensure financial and business processes and internal controls exist.

What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and budgeting functions
  • 5+ years of experience with accounting and financial reporting systems (COINS, Ultipro, Adaptive Insights is preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and principles - GAAP
  • Advanced level of Excel experience including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc. required. Ability to work with large sums of data to summarize using excel techniques.
  • Knowledge of general construction accounting, audit - analytical review of data preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting statements
