The Selling Business Manager is an Entry Level Management position which you could equate to owning / running your own boutique or specialty store. Responsibilities

  • Create plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Store Management with day-to-day store operation
  • Evaluate area and individual performances
  • Report on sales results
  • Recruit new employees to support growth of your business
  • Forecast quarterly sales goals and how to achieve them
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Support other Area Sales Managers in running the stores day to day operations.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Understanding of store operations
  • Ability to build, lead and motivate a high-performance team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Able to work weekends and select holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
