Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 20 years. We are currently looking for a Security Specialist to join our team.


  • Reviewing and analyzing corporate governance documents submitted by companies entering or participating in the NISP to identify discrepancies and omissions and to validate ownership and control.
  • To conduct all-source, business-related research and analysis aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties (key management personnel, suppliers, partners, creditors, owners, investors, and other foreign affiliations, etc.
  • Validating self-reported company information
  • Identifying/uncovering unreported FOCI
  • Identifying/uncovering acts of non-compliance with U.S. laws and regulations
  • Identifying/uncovering other business and security-related vulnerabilities which could impact a company’s ability to protect classified information
  • Identify/uncover potential intelligence/counterintelligence threat indicators
  • Determine if other DCSA entities require additional analysis

More generally, this role may involve any of the following activities:

  • The applicant must be knowledgeable and able to apply data analysis, trend analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  • The applicant must know data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.
  • The applicant will be trained on security assessments and how to access information in ISFD and e-FCL.
  • As needed, the ability to support the development and establishment of the continuous vetting of facilities' capability.

DCSA is operating under maximum telework during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Upon reconstitution of the building following COVID-19, you will work on-site in Quantico, VA, and will work closely with a team of government personnel supporting the Critical Technology Protection Directorate. Qualifications:

  • Applicant must have directly relevant experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in business or related discipline [Must Validate]
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to work in Excel proficiently, or other analytical software, to conduct quantitative analyses
  • Experience drafting project/client correspondence to address program needs
  • Experience using databases to extract information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must have initiative and work under minimal guidance
  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and access to SCI
