Swing Shift or Grave Shift:

• 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Full Time)
• 11pm - 7:30am (Full Time)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides friendly service to every customer.

• Coordinate with Surveillance on monitoring critical areas.

• Maintain presence and take action to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and organizational assets.

• Monitor and control guest access to and from the vessels or non-public areas.

• Adhere to Illinois Gaming Board regulations. Performs security- related functions as outlined in the internal controls.

• Escort movements of money to and from the gaming tables, cage, vault and slot machines.

• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.

• Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to maintain extremely confidential information.

• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.

• Physically mobile, including ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and stack.

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
