WHO WE ARE: a nationwide security firm managed and staffed by veterans for veterans with the purpose of providing former military and law enforcement officers a stable and rewarding means of employment for transitioning into the private sector.

As a FIELD SUPERVISOR, you will develop staff and will perform all duties of security officers and supervisors as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff.
• Conduct daily visits to all locations assigned.
• Assist with complaints from clients.
• Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
• Respond immediately to open shifts. Able to work extended hours when needed.
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor.
• Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.
• Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
• Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.

Skills:

• Previous Security Experience in a Supervisory role (At least 2 Years Experience)
• Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• US Citizen or Lawful Resident with the ability to work in the USA
• Computer skills to utilize technology
• Must have effective written and oral communication skills must be able to use independent judgment
• Able to provide high-quality customer service
• Professional appearance
• No Felony Arrests/Convictions
• Able to work day, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays (on-call)
• 2 Payroll, Google Sheets, Microsoft word and Excel
• 2 year of customer service experience
• 2 years of supervisor experience
• Have an active Guard Card

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

• Guard Card (Required)
