SHIFT: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities for the Security Field Supervisor position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Inspects officers and posts to maintain Quality Control of all contracted work sites and personnel.
• Ensures security officer compliance with all policies and procedures directed by the Customer and AGS.
• Conducts specific site related training for officers at their assigned job location to cover all facets of the officers’ duties and responsibilities.
• Counsels officers on various issues such as appearance, poor attendance, job performance and customer service.
• Assist Branch office personnel with, inspects company vehicles for damage, excessive wear, and ensures all required maintenance is completed when needed to ensure maximum serviceability of vehicles.
• Inspect, repair or replace various equipment items used by the security officers to perform their duties as needed.
• Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customer's expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
• Work to prevent security problems instead of correcting these problems after they occur.
• Stands post at client locations on an as needed basis or as extra support, occasionally.
• May perform other administrative or security professional-level work on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain/or have a Wichita Security Guard Card
• Previous Security Experience (At least 2 Years Experience)
• Have intermediate computer skills and know programs such as word and excel

• Good at time management to be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• No Felony Arrests/Convictions
• Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain an armed license through the GA Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies
• Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)
• Must have a MVR printout of clean driving record

Other:

• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
