The Technology Associate Program is a two-year program designed for early career IT professionals to help them develop expertise and technical acumen as a technologist. By joining the Technology Associate Program, you will be offered the following:

As a member of Global Security Team, you will be focused on improving our compliance and security posture by leveraging your technical and business skills. You will be a self-starter, have an engineering mindset, and be able to troubleshoot complex problems. You will not only get to learn different information security technologies but will have the ability to have hands on experience in assisting in the support of Chubb’s Global security function.

What You Will Do:

• Be part of a fast-paced team in which is constantly working across all areas of the business. Work with stakeholders to understand their security needs and address any defects determined in the process.
• Multi-task multiple projects and work initiatives to completion. Work with staff to translate root-cause analysis results into actionable solutions.
• Evaluate new technology and recommend new products that could enhance the team’s ability and core responsibilities.
• Cross train other team members as new process and initiatives are defined.
• Available to be On-Call part of a rotating schedule with other team members.
• Assist in Compliance Coordination efforts for IT.
• Track and understand emerging cybersecurity practices and standards by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations

What You Will Bring:

• Energetic, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-national work environment.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems with GPA 3.0+ Required

Bonus Skills:

• PowerShell, Python, or relevant coding experience
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems
• Understanding of core System Administration principals
• Familiarity with networking and IT troubleshooting
• Security tool experience

In Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $75,000 to $90,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
