Position: Seasonal High School Summer Abroad Coordinator – Temporary
Reports to: Operations and Events Manager, Global Navigator HSSA

Who you are:
Are you interested in playing a crucial role in shaping the global leaders of tomorrow? The Seasonal High School Summer Aboard (HSSA) Coordinator collaborates across multiple teams at CIEE to deliver exceptional High School Summer Abroad programs. The Seasonal Coordinator will support the HSSA sales team, and work with applicants to the HSSA programs to ensure all application materials are received and that they are prepared for their summer program abroad. The Seasonal Coordinator also cooperates with the Sales and Operations Teams to help maintain data integrity within systems.
What you’ll do:
- Complete accurate data entry from lead sheets into Customer Relationship Management system and other data integrity tasks
- Verify student eligibility for programs and complete corresponding follow up
- Provide excellent customer service during calls to potential student participants while generating excitement about studying abroad
- Communicate expectations and program outcomes to prospective student participants and their families
- Staff the customer service call queue
- Document significant communication with partners, center staff, parents, and participants
- Communicate and coordinate with all members of team to support program sales and to achieve team goals
- Accurately audit pre-departure tasks in CRM and complete follow up communication as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment and ability to build rapport with high school participants
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams is strongly desired
- International travel or study abroad experience is a plus
