It’s a wonderful time of year to be a Compass Concierge! We are now hiring Seasonal Concierge to act as the first point of contact between the apartment residents and the property management teams. We are looking for temporary, full-time and part-time candidates and have various shifts available.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Greeting residents & their guests

Screening persons entering the building

Answering the telephone

Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages

Logging maintenance requests

Recording incidents that occur in shift notes

The Ideal Candidate:

Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service

Has open availability to work at various locations

Knowledge of basic office equipment

Basic Computer Skills

Possess a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Reliable transportation

Schedules Include:

Holidays (Bonus Pay included)

12-hour shift

8-hour shift

Day shift

Evening shift

Overnight shift

On call

Supplemental Pay Types:

Holiday Incentive/ Bonus Pay

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
