Interplay - La Galerie of Wearable Art is a 4,000 sq ft women's clothing boutique located in Newton NJ and seeking a talented and accurate seamstress to alter and resize our clothing to fit our clientele. Tailoring can either be on promises or you can work from home.
Requirements:
- Candidate must do clean, accurate and fast work
- Knowledge of resizing and re-shaping garments,
- Experience constructing patterns is helpful
- Customization of one-of-a-kind pieces and garment construction
- Hand Sewers for labeling designer goods
- Creative spirit and positive attitude
- Experience working on Singer or Brother sewing machine is a plus
- All work is done either on premises or at your home
Work References and samples of your work are required at interview please.
Flexible full time or part time hours. Please forward your resume and links to pictures of your work.
Saturday hours available as well as weekday (Wednesday-Friday).
