Job description
You will be tasked with maintaining/upholding the cleanliness of the back scullery area at our Harper location in Costa Mesa. Our events range from intimate in-home gatherings to galas of over 500. The cornerstone of your responsibilities is to help support the team by making sure everything is prepared and properly cleaned in the scullery area.
Scullery Responsibilities:
- Washing Dishes, Glassware, Silverware, etc. that may come up during the event.
- Making sure that your Scullery Area is prepped and set for the event.
- Maintaining the Scullery Area and making sure our team is abiding by the rules we have set to make sure it is properly clean.
- Working with the Event Captain to help pull inventory on the day of the event.
Scullery Requirements:
- Must have a form of transportation
- Must have experience in scullery/dishwasher
- Prefer to have event scullery experience
- Must be able to carry/lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to carry crates of plates, boxes, etc.
