Job Description

Working as the Scrum Master on the Trade Strategy & Operations team you will be responsible for innovative offerings for our pharmaceutical manufacturer customers. As the Scrum Master you will support and enforce the Scrum process and other rules that the team as agreed. The Scrum Master also helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) and communicates status to management for Retail Technology.

You will lead an agile team with the Product Owner and engineering team to implement the Retail.io platform that directly contributes to retail technology modernization efforts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead an agile team of talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
• Launch a new cloud native platform and work closely and cross functionally with teams influencing and transforming the way work gets done.
• Drive an agile mindset and ensure teams use modern design approaches, technologies and processes with a focus on speed to market while maintaining quality.
• Build product backlog and collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their future roadmap and planning needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience collaborating and leading business and technology teams in identifying solution needs, defining clear opportunity objectives, and pulling together a plan for execution.
• 4+ years of experience serving in the role of change agent contributing to the development of agile based standards, tools, and best practices in a clearly documented form.
• 4+ years of experience organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other agile ceremonies.
• 4+ years of experience tracking and communicating team performance and sprint/release progress
• 3+ years of experience with transitioning teams to an Agile framework or leading teams following a SAFe Agile Framework.
• Proactive, critical thinker with strong partnering abilities, communication, emotional intelligence skills.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
