Always Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency which provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.
We are currently in need of experienced nurses (LPN & RN’s) who are comfortable working with pediatrics patients. Our nurses will be working within the school setting, on a 1:1 basis with special needs students. Our nurses will be providing medically relevant care based upon each student’s diagnosis or disability. The hours and type of assignment would be dependable based on severity of disability.
We are looking for school nurses to work cases in Smithtown, NY and Mastic Beach, NY
Job Requirements:
- Current NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing License
- NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing Registration
- BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
- Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)
- PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results
- MMR/Titers Lab Report
- Covid-19 Vaccination card
- Two forms for government ID’s
- Two letters or recommendation
- Covid-19 Vaccination card
