YWCA Lancaster is looking for the following positions:

  • PT Before and After School Staff in the Penn Manor School District
  • FT/PT First shift hours at Lime Street
Our School Age Childcare operates from 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – various shifts are available. Minimum of 9 credits in Elementary Education, SACC Credential, or 2,500 hours of childcare experience is required. Position starts at $15.00/hour – actual rate of pay depends on education and experience. Candidates must possess the desire and ability to embody the YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.


Any candidate offered employment in this position must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status before commencing work as an essential condition of employment.
