We have a fulltime (Mon-Thurs 700-530 - one day per week remote) position open in our private OB/GYN office in Chestnut Hill. The Scheduling Coordinator II is responsible for internal data collection and works closely with the Office Manager to support daily operational needs. The Scheduling Coordinator II is also an active member of the scheduling team and provides support as needed/scheduled for check-out and phone queues.

Medical office experience preferred, but we will consider training someone with strong customer service skills motivated to work (and learn) in a medical office setting. Ideal candidate will have management experience or interest in a management role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
