Job description
TLC Home Care is a fast-growing home care company that's hiring an experienced professional to schedule and manage home service workers in client's homes. The Coordinator will use online software to schedule appointments and manage call-offs to reschedule the appointment with another employee. Must maintain a positive attitude while managing a high volume of incoming calls and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
