Job Summary
Schedulers – are you looking for a M-F, Full Time position for scheduling in the office. Must have attention to detail and work well with others. We are looking for someone to join the team that learns quickly and loves what we do. We help people live their best life possible, including our clients, coworkers, and caregivers.

This position will mainly be handling the scheduling. It’s a wonderful and rewarding job with purpose. What we do makes a difference every day. The position has a lot of flexibility since it’s more important the job gets done than working a typical 9-5.

Job Description:
Schedules home care cases, current and prospective.
Pro-actively resolves staffing issues as a result of changes to staffing or client schedules.
Maintains record of absences (approved and unapproved) of all agency field personnel.
Notifies management of all staffing problems, resolved and unresolved, in a timely manner
Responsible for the accuracy of the scheduling calendars
A few nights of on-call during the week. No weekend call.
Documents all occurrences during on-call shift and communicates change to the staffing team via verbal and/or written communication after the end of each on-call shift
Verifies time cards with schedules for payroll and billing
Processes clock ins and clock outs, and records data for payroll processing
Maintains and respects confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information to ensure privacy is protected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
