Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, California is seeking a full-time Early Career Integrated Program Planners and Schedulers. In this role, integrated program planners partner with Program Managers & Senior Management to drive schedule, cost, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. They will be responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. They will provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. You will be an integral part of driving improved program performance by utilizing performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of working in schedule networking tools such Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Primavera P6, etc. Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or any Business Major

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $57,800 - $108,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
