POSITION OVERVIEW

• Immediate opening for an SAP FICO Product Owner. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SAP functional experience, be well versed in the SAP FICO arena. Great communicator, well organized, past FICO team owner , product roadmap strategy for SAP & Finance. SCRUM cert a plus, minimal travel, hybrid role 3 days in 2 days out.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features and user stories
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Partner with Finance teams to modernize our processes through digital finance transformation=
• Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy
• Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies
• Analyze and report on digital initiatives
• Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
• Transform vision/roadmaps into actionable projects and backlog items.
• Work independently to manage projects including working with outside vendors.
• Training business users on new functionality.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to other team members.
• Areas of focus include but are not limited to: General Ledger

Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable /CreditBudgeting and Cost PlanningProduct CostingLegal entity reportingInternational entity reporting and currency managementForecastingBusiness Intelligence / Analytics

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• BS Degree – Management Information Systems or Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of SAP ERP experience in Finance required
• Analytics / Business Intelligence experience
• Excellent Project Management skills needed
• Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Spartanburg, SC 29303: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
