What you will be doing :

The Solution Architect is the ultimate owner of the overall solution for the project is responsible for successful implementation of the project from technical perspective. The technical architect will coach the team and use the team members to design and develop the project deliverables. The architect will be responsible to identifying technical risks early in the project and find ways to work around them during the implementation. This job requires relevant hands on experience with Saleforce.com and associated cloud technologies.

What you will need :

• Owner for the overall technical solution for the project and successfully manages the customer satisfaction.
• Designs technical end-to-end solution for business processes using Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com platform and CLM.
• Works directly with clients to lead projects and the team members.
• Works with other technical team members representing back office applications to design, and canvas.
• Hands-on experience building custom applications using Microsoft Dynamics, Apex, Visualforce, JQuery. lightning component design and canvas.
• Hands on experience building integration between Salesforce and other third party applications using middleware as well as web services.
• Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to understand client requirements and manage expectations
• Excellent solution skills to address complex business objectives
• Proven experience and ability to research and find ways to resolve issues
• Experience and ability to estimate effort for building solutions.
• Experience with pre-sales process and ability to provide innovative solutions to fit customer budget.
• Excellent technical background with Salesforce and associated technologies
• Ability to lead the team in a technical capacity

other skills needed:

Candidate should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be a self-motivated person with a proven track record in technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Should be able envision a complete end to end solution. Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities. Additional preferred qualifications are:

• 8 plus years of Consulting experience with enterprise software implementations
• 8plus years of overall technical experience with Enterprise software with minimum 2 years in the capacity of an architect
• 5 plus years of relevant technical experience in Salesforce.com and related technology
• Salesforce.com certified Technical Architect or actively pursuing the same (cleared level 2 at a minimum)
• Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent is required
