Job description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner will be working in the capacity of Administrator and Analyst focused on understanding, developing, troubleshooting, supporting, administering, and maintaining our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related customer focused enterprise applications. Performs system administration duties for assigned configurable enterprise systems including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics and in future be able to support Experience Cloud configuration & assist building customer journeys.
You’ll be closely working with the Marketing and Technology groups on daily basis to assess business requirements and processes and align them with appropriate technology solutions. You will be a part of technical design sessions to develop & integrate technical solutions to best leverage Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience, Financial Services experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Information Services or related field.
- 2-5 years -Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud through the full Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with one or more of the following will be nice to have:
- - Journey Builder
- - HTML/CSS
- - Salesforce Experience Cloud
- - Qualtrics
- - Marketing Cloud Connect
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, AutoRABIT, etc.)
- Preferred
- Experience with Agile methodology
- One or more Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Administrator/Marketing Cloud Administrator/Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, etc.)Intermediate knowledge of typical programming languages is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of project management processes

- Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, JIRA, Confluence, financial workflow solutions/tools, Visio.
- Experience working in a shared service environment where business area colleagues are your clients.
- Very strong adherence to enterprise development guidelines inclusive of agile and scrum methodologies
- Working knowledge of 3rd party integrations and AppExchange packages.
- Experienced in working consultatively and collaboratively as a thought partner.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear and simple way that anyone can understand.
- General knowledge of Web applications and Internet architecture.
- Familiarity with the following financial services applications is a plus:
- Fiserv Signature
- Mulesoft
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
