This position is a remote hybrid position. If you are selected for the position, you would be reporting to a local ALD office several times a week.

Reporting to the Manager of IT, you are the primary owner of Salesforce at American Leak and will use your deep Salesforce and business knowledge to help get the most from our Salesforce investment. This includes collaborating with technical and non-technical counterparts to identify and capture business requirements, configure the Salesforce platform to meet those requirements and work with corporate and franchise leadership to maintain Salesforce and Partner users across the organization. Must have experience with Salesforce: Field Service Lightning. Must have Salesforce developing and implementation experience.

$90k-$125K DOE

Duties:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, presentations, end-user training
• Translate business language into technical requirements (and vice versa)
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Produce mock-ups, data models diagrams, process flows, and slide presentations
• Develop user-friendly customizations to meet customer requirements
• Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal guidance
• Maintain the active users and permissions across the organization
• Triage production issues and release bug fixes.
• Manage and enforce the DevOps process to ensure Environments are kept in sync.
• Work across corporate and franchise organizations leading in the implementation and optimization of platform

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Field Service Lightning
• Minimum of 1 year of developing Salesforce.
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
