SUPPORT PROCESS FOR OUR INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
As our Salesforce Administrator within the Global Business Systems team, you have the opportunity to influence the trajectory of Sisense's overall business. You will partner with business analysts and the field and take on operational challenges within a fast growing organization. You will oversee and maintain employee records within our various systems, help support the improvement of processes and overall productivity, ultimately helping scale our business in an effective way.

This is an exciting role for those eager to co-own our systems and expand influence across our entire company by influencing processes and identifying improvements. You'll work closely with internal marketing, sales and customer success analysts and stakeholders to ensure continued success. Your technical expertise and problem solving skills will be valuable in discovering, troubleshooting and fixing processes.
We have around 2,000 customers and are serving one of the fastest growing professions that has traditionally been underserved. We've grown revenue 2x year over year. We're rapidly expanding and adding new product lines. Your expertise will help solve complex operations challenges and influence processes as we continue to rapidly scale.
HOW YOU'LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You'll have an understanding of the Sisense product, our internal operations processes, and what we've already built in Salesforce.
- You'll have a strong technical understanding for the unique value of Sisense.
- You'll understand the sales process and various roles within the customer lifecycle.
- You'll know the tech stack, and have worked with your manager to develop a plan to train up on applications you are not yet familiar with.
- You'll be fully managing onboarding and offboarding of Sisense's employees in the business systems tech stack.
By Day 60...
- You'll be trained on our current processes and tools.
- You'll support the field team with day-to-day operations and requests.
- You'll manage our team's shared documentation.
- You've reviewed the backlog of Salesforce and other tool requests and shipped many process enhancements.
By Day 90…
- You'll assist the ongoing development of processes that improve marketing, sales and customer success team efficiency and ensure the best outcomes for our internal end users and customers.
- You'll establish a regular cadence of communications with stakeholders regarding new features, enhancements and changes to our tech stack.
- You'll drive discussions within the team and cross-functionally around how we can improve our day-to-day operations and then implement the changes that add the most value.
- You'll monitor application usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
- You'll help with other systems and initiatives related to operations, such as Channel Partner Program, internal communications, process training, enablement, etc.
- You've expanded your influence across the company, driving process and improvements where appropriate.
WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:
- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator and have 2 + years experience as a Salesforce.com Admin
- You have managed, built, delivered and maintained custom SFDC solutions to support marketing, sales and customer success processes.
- You've handled ongoing system maintenance, customization/updates and enhancements to Salesforce without interruption to the users.
- You've assisted with implementation of cross-functional projects as they relate to Salesforce, including integration between SFDC and Marketo, and other tools.
- You've built dashboards with key performance and business health metrics as needed from the businesses.
- You have examples of your effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have rigorous attention to detail.
- Experience working with other systems that integrate with SFDC such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, etc. is a plus
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- You can drive for results in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
