The Job Responsibilities
- Input customer master account records as requested by other Draeger departments
- Within SAP, perform ongoing maintenance of customer master data, as required.
- Demonstrate attentiveness and analytical ability to assist identifying account inaccuracies including duplicate, outdated, and incorrect accounts
- Follow established processes to ensure customer address information is established correctly to meet the needs of other Draeger departments
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Credit and Tax departments to ensure accurate account billing characteristics
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent education, training & experience; education beyond high school a plus.
Related Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of Data Entry. Prior experience with detail level follow up and time sensitive duties.
Special Competencies or Certifications:
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Good self-confidence and firm but diplomatic appearance
- Analytical but practical thinking
- Efficient work performance
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Very good IT skills (SAP and MS Excel preferred)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional SAP knowledge and skills.
