Job description
The Sales Support Associate will work across departments to assist with sales activities, marketing, community programs, and event planning. Throughout the summer there will be sales and community events, and we are looking for individuals to connect and educate event attendees about the Ontario Clippers to drive fandom and excitement for the 2022-23 season!
This is a part-time role on our team and is based in Ontario and the Inland Empire from July 2022-November 2022.
The LA Clippers are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two (2) weeks after a single dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).
What You Will Do
- Attend sales and community events and run Ontario Clippers activations.
- Connect with event attendees and educate them about the Ontario Clippers.
- Assist with set up and take down of activation equipment.
- Other duties as required.
- Energetic, creative, dedicated, charismatic and reliable.
- Must be flexible to work weekday shifts, and weekends and holidays during the day and evening.
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys interaction with fans of all ages.
- Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Able to take direction and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work with enthusiasm and professionalism always.
- A winning attitude.
