Are you passionate about outside B2B sales and account management?
Here’s your opportunity to be out in the field connecting with customers and winning new business! This is an individual contributor, heavy outside B2B sales position in which you will be selling our staffing services and workforce solutions, working in tandem with branch operational/recruiting staff, and helping to manage our client relationships.
What you’ll get to do:
· Aggressively prospect, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close.
· Oversee, manage, and grow existing accounts
· Consult and engage with customers, growing and maintaining relationships
· Partner with local branch staff to plan, strategize, and meet sales goals
· Leverage Salesforce to build and document an account management and growth strategy for each account
What you bring to the table:
· 3+ years related sales experience, Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Hunter mentality with experience meeting established KPIs
· Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability
