Position Purpose:
As the Sales Performance Manager within the Global Sales Operations organization, this position is responsible for facilitating, defining, coordinating, and executing business performance packages with commercial leadership across various business units and sales teams. The role is expected to develop content, metrics and key messaging that supports the underlying data with support of analysts as part of the Commercial Analytics and Performance Operations team. They also are required to produce insights and action items from performance reporting that provides go forward recommendations to cross functional teams. They are responsible for collaborating cross functionally with key stakeholders to manage and drive KPIs performance improvement. The role must have a passion for performance management and about finding creative solutions for complex problems while partnering with teams so they can reach their full potential.
Key Job Activities:
• Define, measure, and analyze relevant KPIs by sales business unit and translate them into story-lines that enable performance management, processes, and forums for Commercial alignment and discussion.
Education:
Experience (North America & LATAM):
• Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) or the equivalent in related work experience

- Proactively monitor performance metrics, identify trends, revenue risks, challenges, and solutions, and help lead and drive correcting and change actions
- Collaborates with cross functional leadership in the development and implementation of a rhythms of business, and business unit priorities and projects
- Develop partnerships with sales leadership teams to manage performance and expectations
- Work closely with sales operations analyst to ensure data quality and completeness
- Conduct complex analysis, utilizing advanced analytical tools, for critical business decisions and identification of trends through excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, or SAP
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Education:
Experience (North America & LATAM):
• Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) or the equivalent in related work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial analytics, sales performance management, and project management
- Minimum of two years of experience in diagnostic analysis through tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP Hana Enterprise etc.
- Exceptional communications skills and story-telling capabilities
- Advanced skills creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
- Experience leading and completing multiple projects on deadline
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
