Role Description: NuCurrent is looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all the sales operations activities, including forecasting and being a catalyst in developing scale to our significant sales growth, via creating, analyzing, and maintaining sales and revenue metrics while supporting strong cultural values that put the customer first, going beyond the standard, show strong ownership, innovate further, and show strong people skills. This role will work very closely with sales leadership and operations/finance executive team members.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

  • Be the innovative steward of data and metrics for NuCurrent’s sales and operations team.
  • Provide support to Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance departments
  • Monitor and measure the Sales Pipeline
  • Develop Forecast process and effective communications tools

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead assigned projects as directed which may include implementation and enhancements of existing sales reporting functionalities, including articulating requirements and translating them into high quality and effective analysis and reports
  • Provide feedback, data mining, and reporting development for Sales Pipeline
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management reports, variance and trend analyses inclusive of insightful commentary on results
  • Identify improvements, automation and other innovations to improve the timeliness and impact of information
  • Working as a team member to implement new information exchanges to improve results
  • Analyze business needs through ongoing maintenance of metrics, reports and dashboards, that drive key business decisions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate clearly, concisely and influence others
  • Strong analytical, project management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to define business process and requirements
  • Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

PREFERABLE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Customer Service, Finance experience
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM Software
