As a Sales & Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in a dynamic and fast-developing startup. Overall, you'll be working with a team of passionate professionals who are united by the Idea of what the future of relocation technology looks like.

Your objective is to help customers with their relocation requests to their utmost satisfaction, and to enable them to access the full range of Nicity services suitable to them.

In order to do that, you have to co-develop respective internal processes and operate them. As we grow, you would have to onboard additional client service associates who help you operate the scaling operations.

Here are some concrete things you'll do in daily client operations:

  • Process incoming service applications (leads) and conduct initial contact with the client;
  • Understand details of the client requests and research solutions / suitable service providers;
  • Consult clients on available options;
  • Respond to clients’ questions across different communication channels;
  • Upsell / cross-sell services useful for the particular client case.

Here some things related to development of the functional capabilities:

  • Building a list of pre-selected partners for different services and locations;
  • Work with partners on service quality on the basis of client feedback / reviews;
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration re co-branding with partners;
  • Develop internal processes for further automation of the client service operations;
  • Develop sales goals for the operational team.

You should have the following skills or experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in b2c sales or real estate brokerage;
  • Fluent english in written and spoken form;
  • Ability to independently perform research;
  • Proficiency in basic negotiations;
  • Assertiveness, persistency, persuasiveness - being a self-starter, and fiercely determined;
  • Readiness to work in EST time zone;
  • Excitement for hands-on work in a startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
